Taking advantage of our unique river setting we can offer an unrivalled array of water and land based activities including rafting, climbing and surfing as well as certificated courses in Sailing, Paddling and Power boating - there really is something for everyone!

Adventure days or half day sessions are available for individuals, families and groups with the option of staying onsite in our comfortable bunk house accommodation (Max Capacity: 80) We welcome all ages to join us - from 8 - 80, families, experts and beginners' no-one is left out! We also provide high quality programs for schools and youth groups, team building and adventure training.

Fforest Outdoor combines the experience and local knowledge of Heritage Canoes and Adventure Beyond to offer you the highest quality outdoor experiences. From canoeing in the Teifi Gorge to coasteering at the Blue Lagoon, we have the outdoor activity for you. We are based at the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve (Cilgerran) and in the centre of Cardigan at Fforest Outdoor store and café, Teifi Wharf.

TYF pioneered the sport of Coasteering right here in St Davids over 20 years ago and we've taken over 100,000 people out to play on the wild and wonderful Pembrokeshire coast. The National Trust's innovative residential Eco-Centre at the heart of the Stackpole National Nature Reserve. We can accommodate up to 45 children for week long, fully staffed and catered programmes of outdoor and environmental learning. Activities include canoeing, mountain biking, practical conservation and orienteering. The Centre is AALA licensed and 3 star graded by Visit Wales. It is also fully signed up to the Pembrokeshire Outdoor Charter.

New for 2009 try a Family Safari.

Dale is situated in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast national park. There is something for all the family and is the No1 place in the UK to unwind. The safe mile wide bay holds the sunshine record for Wales. A holiday abroad without the flying.

Big Blue Kitesurfing was set up with the aim of providing safe high quality kitesports tuition in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. We have since developed into a professional watersports training centre offering courses and adventures for beginners to the more advanced in Power Kiting, Kiteboarding, Kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding and Powerboating. Big Blue also has a comprehensive shop selling new and second hand high performance equipment. Yurts are available to hire for parties, weddings or for a unique camping experience. Big Blue can cater for individuals, families or larger groups.

Our instructors are internationally qualified and trained to Big Blue's high standards. The school uses the latest equipment which is changed and maintained regularly.

Preseli Venture offers comfy Visit Wales graded 5 star adventure lodge accommodation on the stunning North Pembrokeshire coastline.  Adventure by day, and by night kick back and relax in front of our wood burning stove after enjoying a delicious home cooked locally sourced meal.  Mid week and weekend adventure breaks and adventure days available, family and adults only groups welcome.

Newgale YMCA OEC offers Adventure Activities, Outdoor Education, Professional Training, Summer Camps, and Corporate Teambuilding.  Weather you are a group or individual looking for excitement, adrenalin rush, personal development or teambuilding then we have the activities to deliver the thrill of the outdoors in a safe and comfortable environment  If you are ready for your experience then you must visit come us. Raft building, problem solving, expedition training, environmental and archaeological discovery days, NLP, Choice Theory and conflict management courses.

The centre has been developed in an historic range of stone farm buildings at the heart of   the National Trust's Stackpole Estate  - a National Nature Reserve . There are a variety of superb walks from the centre along the Bosherston Lily ponds through the estate woodlands to Broad Haven South beach and Barafundle approx. 1 mile away.

Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, theatre and covered arena and are perfect for groups and families of all abilities. The accommodation comprises of three group houses and  five cottages, which sleep between 5 and 19 people. The centre is run on a self catering basis. Activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, abseiling, sailing, cycling, horse riding, music and drama can be organised by prior arrangement.

Adventure Beyond have been running adventure activities for over 12 years. We are a fully licensed centre with very keen and experienced instructors. We run a large number of activities canoeing, kayaking, Gorge Walking, Coasteering, Hill walking, White Water Rafting, Snorkelling, Hamster Balling, Team building, Expeditions and Qualifications for Personal and Instructor Training.

Based in a Georgian mansion in the heart of Pembrokeshire with Visit Wales 1 star hostel accommodation for 100 students in dormitory accommodation. Party leaders in separate en-suite bedrooms. Courses offered include:

• Term time adventure courses for schools and groups
